Orders & Changes
Can I edit my shipping address after ordering?
We move fast to get your order out, so changes aren’t guaranteed. If you need to update your address, contact us ASAP with your order number. If you’ve already received a tracking email, the package is on its way to the original address.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re usually unable to cancel it. Please allow delivery and then start a return (see “Returns & Exchanges” below).
I’m missing an item / received the wrong item.
So sorry! Contact us with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we’ll sort it out right away.
Payments, Promotions & Gift Cards
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards. You can also check out with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (availability shown at checkout).
Do you offer installments?
Installment options (e.g., Shop Pay Installments in the U.S.) may be available on eligible orders—see the option at checkout if offered.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States (including AK/HI & U.S. Territories) and Canada. More regions coming soon.
How long does shipping take?
Processing typically takes 1 business day. Orders placed Mon–Fri by 2:00 PM ET often ship the same day.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard rates are shown at checkout. Current promo: Free U.S. standard shipping on orders $30+; otherwise $3.99. Canadian shipping is calculated by weight/location.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you’re not in love, you can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include any gifts with purchase to receive a refund to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We’ll replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
TikTok Shop / Marketplace purchases
If you bought through TikTok Shop (or another marketplace), please initiate your return directly in that platform to follow their policies and timelines.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. We never test on animals and expect the same standard from our manufacturing partners.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes. All Ocean Avenue Beauty products are gluten-free.
Are your products paraben-free?
Yes. All formulas are paraben-free.
