Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your lip color. If not, we’re here to help.

Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Refund to original payment: item must be new, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
  • Opened/used items: eligible for a one-time shade exchange or store credit within 30 days.
  • Report damaged/defective or wrong items within 7 days of delivery (include photos).

What’s not returnable

  • Gift cards, final-sale items, and partial sets/bundles.
  • Purchases made on other marketplaces (e.g., TikTok Shop, Amazon) must be returned through that platform.

Return shipping

  • We’ll email you a prepaid return label after approval.
  • A $5 flat fee is deducted from refunds for standard returns.
  • Free labels for exchanges, damaged/defective items, or our shipping error.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to start a return or exchange
Email support@oceanavebeauty.com with your order #, item, and reason (photos if damaged). We’ll send your label and instructions. Returns without prior approval may be refused. Please ship within 14 days of approval.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the credit. Store credits issue instantly once processed.

Additional notes

  • We currently ship to—and accept returns from—the United States only.
  • Allergic reaction? Contact us within 14 days and we’ll help with an exchange or store credit.
