Shipping Policy

Where we ship
United States only (including DC). We don’t currently ship internationally.

Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm ET process the next business day.

Shipping options & rates

  • Economy (3–7 business days): Free on orders $30+ (after discounts, before tax).
  • Economy: $4.90 for orders under $30.
  • Standard (2–4 business days): $6.90 (0–1 lb) / $9.90 (1–5 lb).
  • Heavier orders may ship at $19.90 (5–70 lb).
    Rates and transit estimates are shown at checkout; times are not guaranteed.
  • Carriers & tracking
    We ship via USPS and UPS. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

Address changes
Contact support@oceanavebeauty.com ASAP. We can update the address before your order is fulfilled; after shipment, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Delivery issues
If your package is marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll help file a carrier claim and make it right.

Undeliverable/returned packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship to a corrected address (reship fee may apply) or refund the product(s) minus original shipping.

Split shipments
Orders may ship in more than one package at no extra cost.

Notes

  • Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
